President Emmerson Mnangagwa says the second republic’s health sector reforms have resulted in the country reaching its targets in combating HIV and AIDS.
The President was addressing the nation to mark World Aids Day which is commemorated globally on the 1st of December every year.
President Mnangagwa said his government is committed to finding means of empowering communities of people living with HIV.
Zimbabwe continues to make strides in combating HIV/AIDS according to the United Nations 90 BY 90 BY 90 target.
