BUFFALO RANGE REFURBISHMENT COMPLETE

The government has completed the refurbishment of the Buffalo Range International Airport runway as the second republic continues to embark on infrastructure development projects across the country.
Buffalo Range International Airport manager Mr Stanley Chigwada said the airport plays a major role in the tourism and commercial industries since it services the whole of Masvingo province and parts of Matabeleland South.
The DDF provincial co-ordinator for Masvingo Mr Masara Gutukunhuwa said the government disbursed 2 Million United States dollars for the refurbishment project.
So far 1000 km in rural roads has been rehabilitated in Masvingo province.
