The recently founded institutions, Gumiguru and Trend Setting, celebrated young people who excelled in different fields by crediting and awarding some of the 2021 outstanding performers in business.
Dedicated towards celebrating youth pacesetters in business, the two institutes separately rewarded more than ten young business owners in December 2021.
The ceremonies saw certificates being awarded to individuals in different award categories. These included the best fashion designer, entrepreneur, social work activist, public speaker and the most industrious youth. The best achievers in science and technology, arts and entertainment were also awarded among others.
The culture of formally rewarding young business owners for their high achievements is a good start towards establishing professionalism in our business community. Acknowledging the efforts made by the few might help sway the many towards conducting business efficiently and productively.
