A free, transparent and independent online marketing service company has been launched to give customers a platform where they can share their shopping experiences publicly.
The new company, Vimbiso, is optimistic that this platform will be a key source to help all comsumers, investors and donors filter through the entities that can be trusted from those that are dubious.
Using the tool of social proofing, consumers can go through the feedback given by other customers. This will help them make a more researched decision before spending their money.
With stakeholders also being given a voice on this platform, the organisation will stand to benefit also. Vimbiso aims to help businesses take into account the external validations and advocacy to improve their overall operations.
This company comes at a crucial time as the Ministry of Industry and Commerce led by Dr Sekai Nzenza is determined to create a conducive operational environment for businesses whilst attaining customer protection.
